NAKOA’s Youth Athletic Development Camps are designed to offer quality, results-driven training to athletes of all ages, abilities, and sport. The camps will be organized and delivered by NAKOA’s performance coaches in a group setting, with a focus on FUN and SMART age-appropriate training.
Programming for ages 10-14 and 15-18 will be offered and include:
- Athlete Education (Movement Preparation, Nutrition, Recovery Protocols)
- Primal Pattern Screening, Pre and Post Performance Testing
- Linear Speed and Multi-Direction Mechanics/Application
- Ability Appropriate Strength and Power Training
- Energy System Development/Conditioning
- 2 Weekly Sessions PLUS a Complimentary Conditioning Session on Fridays
8-week Youth Winter Camp: Jan 30, 2017 – Mar 24, 2017
Ages 10-14: Tuesday & Thursday at 4pm – 5pm
Ages 15-18: Monday & Wednesday at 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Open Conditioning: Friday at 4pm
